General Information For All Venues:
1. Shifts are typically 5-7 hours with some events being longer.
2. Check-in time is 1.5 - 2 hours before doors open (leads arrive first and stagger from there). Late check-ins may be available.
3. Set up prior to stand open is required.
4. Cleaning stand during and after shift is required.
5. What to bring - in a clear stadium approved bag, ponytail holders to secure long hair. clear cup with lid and straw (no metal), food handler card, liquor training certificate.
6. Optional items to bring - pen/pencil, beer tab opener, weather appropriate gear, notebook, food thermometer, ibuprofen.
7. General physical expectations - must be able to sweep, mop, lift up to 30 pounds, stand up to 8 hours (depending on venue).
8. Wear venue appropriate uniform at all times.
T-Mobile

Entering Venue - Enter building off Oak St. at entrance marked "employee entrance". Go through gate and down the stairs. Enter through the door at the bottom of the stairs. Go through security check-in.
Sign-in Procedure - There will be a sign-in table just past the metal detectors on your left. Sign-in with Levy at that table. Proceed down the hall past the uniform check out window. You will see a set of stairs and elevator on your right. Use either to go to your assigned stand. Stands on the 100 level are on the 3rd floor and stands on the 200 level are on the 6th floor. Sign-in with YES KC in your assigned stand by scanning the QR Code in each stand when you arrive and when you are done with your shift.
Uniform - Black pants, black shoes, black hat. Uniform shirts must be purchased or rented from T-Mobile. Contact venue coordinator to purchase shirt. If renting a shirt, a charge of $4.50 will be added to your account. You will rent a shirt when you check in with the Levy desk (first step in sign-in procedure). At that time, you will be asked to leave something as collateral to ensure you return the shirt.
Parking/Shuttle - There are multiple parking options (some free, some paid). There are 3 lots directly across from T-Mobile on Oak St. that you can park for a fee. There are free street parking options south on Oak St. near the old KC Star building.
Required Training - Levy Policy/Handbook – must be downloaded and signed yearly
Levy Orientation Video – will receive a certificate after completion, completely yearly
Levy ServSafe Alcohol Training – will receive a certificate after completion, every 3 years
Jackson County Food Handlers – will receive a physical card after completion, every 3 years
Meal Policy - Meal tickets are issued by T-Mobile. Volunteers may eat at the designated stands after stand set up and prior to doors opening.

Entering Venue - Enter the stadium at the Helzberg Gate on the Berkeley St. side of the stadium.
Sign-in Procedure - There will be a table just outside the Helzberg gate to sign in with Levy. After signing in there, go through the gate through security. Enter the building through the doors directly across from the pro shop. Proceed to your assigned stand where you will scan the QR Code to sign-in with Y.E.S. KC.
Uniform - The season will start with black pants. Once temps increase, long black shorts will be allowed (venue coordinator will communicate when this happens), black shoes, black or red hat. A uniform shirt will be provided by KC Current. If none are available, always wear a plain black shirt.
Parking/Shuttle - There is parking at Bally’s Casino for a fee. It can be purchased online prior to the event.
There is a free shuttle from the garage located at 427 W. 12th Street, Kansas City, MO. There are 2 entrances to the garage: (1) on 13th St. between Broadway Blvd. and Washington St. and (2) on Washington St. between 12th and 13th streets. Park on any level of the garage. On the right side of Washington St., you will see the shuttle pick-up and drop-off location to CPKC. The ride to CPKC will take less than 10 minutes. You will be dropped off near the Origin Hotel and walk down the Riverfront Trail entering CPKC through the Diamond gate. This should be the same location for pick-up to get back to the parking garage. Pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to change depending on construction in the stadium area. A parking pass will be emailed the day before the game to park in this garage.

Meal Policy - A family style meal is provided by KC Current in the SW corner of the stadium before the gates open. You are also allowed to eat in our stands prior to gates opening.
Age Requirement - 18+ (limited availability for 16-17 y/o)
Arrowhead (Levy Level)

Entering Venue - Enter the stadium through the GEHA gate (gate D) located just off the D parking lot. Go through the security gate.
Once you’re through the security gate, there will be a table just past the concrete spiral to your left. Sign-in there with Levy. You will then enter the stadium through the double doors on your left and walk down the hallway and through another set of double doors. Continue down that hallway through another set of double doors. Just past those doors you will turn left and walk across a suspended walkway overlooking the hall of fame. Turn right past the elevators, go through the glass doors and take the escalator (on your right) up to the next floor. From there you will proceed to you designated stand where you Will scan the QR Code to sign-in with Y.E.S. KC.
Uniform - Black pants, black shoes, black hat. Uniform shirts will be issued by Levy. Please contact the venue coordinator to arrange a shirt.
Parking/Shuttle - There are multiple parking options across the street from the stadium for a fee. There are 2 churches across from gate 2 that give discounted parking to workers. There is free parking at the old I70 drive-in off 40 Highway (clearly marked as you approach the parking area). From there you will be shuttled to the stadium. The shuttle ride should take approximately 10 minutes however, there may be a wait time to get on a shuttle. You will be dropped off and picked up at the top of the stadium tunnel. Please allow enough time to catch the shuttle and get to your stand by the check in time.

Royals

Entering Venue - Enter the stadium through the tunnel/descending ramp located across from parking lot B. If you do not have a badge, you will need to stop at the top of the tunnel to check in with security at which time you will be given a wristband. Once at the bottom of the ramp, to your far right you will see a slight incline leading to a platform. At the top of the platform, to your left you will see 3 windows labeled "NPO Check-in". Give your name to the Aramark employee in the window and they will confirm your stand assignment for the day.
Uniform - Black pants (no jeans, sweatpants, etc.), black slip resistant shoes, Royals polo (provided by Royals near the NPO check in window), Royals hat, visor, or hairnet. You may also bring in a clear bag or one gallon ziploc bag for personal items.
Parking - Enter the stadium through Gate 3. Complimentary parking is available in Lot D.
Required Training - Policy and Procedures - must be completed yearly either in person or by zoom
Teams Alcohol Training - must be completed every 3 years either in person or online (not necessary for volunteers under 21)
Food Handlers - must be completed every 3 years. Can be obtained through completing in-person Aramark training or online. Please
use the link provided on our website for online food handlers training as some other food handlers will not be
accepted.
Meal Policy - You may eat at any of the stands Y.E.S. KC is operating that day.
Volunteer ID Badge/Credentials - New volunteers will have their photo taken at check-in and receive an ID badge for future games. Existing volunteers will receive their re-ordered ID from the 2025 season. All volunteers must wear an ID badge or wristband while inside the stadium.
Age Requirement - 18+
Items NOT allowed - Purses or large bags, metal containers/water bottles, opposing team gear, Chiefs gear, credentials or lanyards
